A disturbing incident in Bengaluru has sparked concern after a man allegedly assaulted his mother-in-law and father-in-law with a machete during a family-related dispute. The attack reportedly took place in the Kumbalgodu area, where the accused is said to have confronted his wife’s parents after ongoing tensions within the family. Both victims suffered multiple injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Police officials have registered a case and begun an investigation into the incident. According to preliminary reports, the marital relationship between the accused and his wife had been strained for several months. Investigators believe the confrontation escalated when the suspect allegedly arrived at the residence intending to meet his estranged spouse. When she was not present, an argument reportedly broke out with her parents, leading to the violent assault. Authorities stated that the suspect fled the scene after the attack and efforts are currently underway to trace and arrest him.
